Working alongside the SVP of Marketing and Communications, we evolved the Arise brand by leveraging its recognizable, gradient-rich color palette—one that had become so distinct, competitors began mimicking it to signal credibility in the CX space. To differentiate further, we centered the campaign around Arise’s unique use of the word “GIG,” creating a modular platform with the line “The Best GIG Lives Here”—a black-and-white visual style that emphasized the individual and allowed for dynamic word swaps like TECH, TALENT, FLEXIBILITY, and SCALABILITY, reinforcing Arise’s leadership across multiple dimensions.
